Many of you have been asking me about my personal meditation practice and asking me to shoot something that you can follow, so here it is.
I have very recently changed my daily practice and am currently using a ‘Who Am I' meditation at the beginning and end of each day. This meditation strips back the layers and connects you back to your essence and true self. I have seen a huge shift in my energy since I started this meditation practice so I am very excited to be sharing it with you all.
